With nearly 20 years experience in many areas of construction, engineering, and consulting including rail, energy, retail, healthcare, utilities, marine, and defence - I help organisations to level up their social impact, inclusion, and culture.
I am an award winning Social Value expert, recognised as 'Social Value Leader' in 2021 at the Social Value awards. I am a qualified Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner to CMI Level 6 (degree).
Customers ranging from tier 1 contractors to public sector organisations recommend my services. I am a trained public sector procurement advisor and am fluent in procurement awards and processes.
My expertise ranges from supporting procurement outcomes, to leading successful tenders, to developing policy and process, through to training and building capability.

As a writer and excellent communicator, I have led high scoring social value responses on over 100 tenders in my career including successfully securing projects such as British Antarctic Survey Phase2, Babcock Nuclear Submarine Base Plymouth, and Westgate Oxford.
I am a regular guest speaker on D&I at industry events such as London Build Expo and a contributor to trade press such as Construction News. My work in the disability inclusion space led me to meet HRH Princess Anne in 2021 to celebrate my impact in STEM.
I was recognised as Northern Power Woman 2018 due to my efforts to support hundreds of under-represented groups into construction, in particular girls in STEM.
In 2024, I was awarded 'WISE Outstanding Women In Engineering' for my contribution to gender and disability parity in engineering.
